Dr. Weil on EWG's Shopper's Guide

Dr. Weil is pleased to announce his new partnership with the Environmental Working Group (EWG), an organization that advocates for environmental causes in Washington, D.C. Here, he discusses the annual EWG Shopper's Guide. It consists of two lists - one of the "Dirty Dozen" produce varieties that tend to have most pesticide contamination, the other of the "Clean 15" that are generally the least contaminated. Dr. Weil explains why shoppers should be concerned about pesticide levels, and how the EWG Shopper's Guide can help them avoid these worrisome chemicals.
