Constant dull headache with feeling of pressure in the forehead area, stiff neck, lower back pain, tinnitus and subnormal temperature (96.4 to 97.6), feeling cold even in a warm room, episodic diziness.

Could be a number of things, but the most important one to rule out is meningitis. Please get yourself to an MD immediately.
