My neighbor says that her teenage daughter has b.o. that smells like onions. Any ideas as to why? She says that she does not even eat onions!

I heard about this weird disorder on Primetime or Dateline or something:

It doesn't sound like that's what she has, though.  It's probably just normal teenage stuff, though.

My sister used to have a similar problem.  She had a strong sulfur smell and showered  about 3 times a day.  It seemed to be related to allergies.  Have her try drinking baking soda water several times a day.  Mix a teaspoon or so into a glass of water -or  a bottle of water, even sparkling water.  The allergy doctor (not your standard kind) suggested using the non-asprin containing Alka Seltzer Gold, but it is impossible to find.   She did out grow it.

No one should have children after 35:  35 should be enough children for anyone.

My son's BO also smells like onions. He uses Tom's of Maine Deoderant and it works well.
